Who Pays The Closing Costs?

We touch on this topic pretty deeply and we even take a look at closing costs for first-time homebuyers specifically. After that we go over to talking about some issues associated to buying and selling real estate too quickly, such as HST and other miscellaneous costs. We then touch on our weeks in real estate. As we inch closer and closer to the spring market we're are picking up MORE listings, MORE buyers, and closing MORE deals. Not to mention Steve is planning for the future as he unloads his current investment properties to reinvest into duplexes that are sitting on sub-dividable lots. To end off, we jump into our current mindsets, what we need to do in order to not burnout and keep grinding with high intensity.
