"Who Put That There?" Buzz Aldrin, The ALIEN Monolith & The Phobos 2 Incident

"When people find out about this, they are going to say, 'Who put that there?'" — Buzz Aldrin 🚀Why did the second man on the Moon go on national television to talk about a mysterious, potato-shaped moon orbiting Mars? In this episode, we are investigating Phobos, the most suspicious rock in the solar system. We deep dive into the legend of the Phobos Monolith—a massive, rectangular structure standing alone on the moon's surface. Is it just a jagged boulder ejected from Stickney Crater, or, as conspiracy theorists suggest, an ancient alien marker left by a Type II civilization? 👽🗿But the story gets darker. We crack open the cold case of the Soviet probe Phobos 2. In 1989, just as it aligned to take high-res images of the moon, the probe captured a "Giant Shadow" on the surface... and then immediately went silent. Forever. Was it a malfunction? A collision? Or was it shot down? 🛸We analyze the data: from the "Hollow Moon" theories suggesting Phobos is actually an artificial space station, to the modern scientific reality that it’s a decaying "rubble pile" doomed to crash into Mars. We separate the hard science from the terrifying speculation. In this episode, we cover:Buzz Aldrin’s viral comments about the Monolith. The terrifying final transmission of the Phobos 2 probe.Stickney Crater and the geology of a "doomed moon."Is the Monolith a natural formation or an Alien Artifact?🎧 Tune in now to find out why we haven't gone back.👇 Do you think Phobos is natural or artificial?
