As one of the most divisive subjects of recent times climate change is a challenging topic for many of us.When it comes to conveyancing there is a feeling of dread. Is this yet another issue conveyancers need to report on to clients?  How much is it going to cost in terms of expense and time when fees are already squeezed (and that's putting it mildly!). And how much do clients really care?
