Who really owns the Giants?

from Section 415 · host The San Francisco Standard

The Giants haven’t changed hands since then, but the ownership group looks dramatically different now than it did when the sale was completed in 1993.On the “Section 415” podcast, John Shea joins host Kerry Crowley to discuss how ownership has evolved, which individuals hold the most power, and how an influx of money in recent years has changed the franchise. 00:00 Intro 01:31 Meet David Jenkins, the Giants' colorful top shareholder 03:42 The near-move to Tampa & genesis of the Giants' ownership circle 07:42 Why did John Shea pursue a story about ownership? 13:59 The new private equity owners v.
