Who seized the power vacuum after Rachel's elimination?

We're pausing during Big Brother S27 E30 (Sept. 10, 2025). For how shocking Rachel's elimination was, there wasn't much fallout. A new HOH is crowned and has to nominate three houseguests with only seven options left. It's also time for the iconic BB Comics, which left us stunned that one noted Big Brother superfan threw it. A bad move, by the way, given their intentions. All of it sets up for potentially one of the biggest backdoor moves of the summer.
