Who Should Replace Justin Frye At Ohio State?: Why Ohio State Football Needs An Elite OL Coach Justin Frye left Ohio State for the same position with the Arizona Cardinals of the NFL. I think Ohio State Football has a massive chance to upgrade at the position, given Frye's poor recruiting habits and regular season performance. Ryan Day's offense and Jeremiah Smith could use an elite OL, so therefore I have done my own digging and produced a list full of what would be slam-dunk hires. I think the Buckeyes have to make Phil Trautwein, Kyle Flood, and Joe Rudolph say no. Not only would their hiring transform the Ohio State offensive line, but they would hurt fellow blue blood programs, Texas Football, Penn State Football, and Notre Dame Football. Other coaches I would call are Brian Callahan from Minnesota, Jim Michalczik from Michigan State, and Jim Harding from Utah.
