Who We Are: A Mid-Decade View of New York City Census Data

This forum presents a mid-decade look at immigration trends in New York City and explores how recent shifts in demography will shape the city in years to come. Joseph J. Salvo, Director of the Population Division of the New York City Department of City Planning gives the keynote address. The forum is introduced by Dr. Stan Altman, Dean of the School of Public Affairs and moderated by Professor Robert C. Smith. The keynote address is then given by Joseph J. Salvo, followed by the statements of panelists Rodolfo de la Garza of Columbia University, Margie McHugh of the NY Immigration Coalition and Sam Roberts of the New York Times.
