Who Were The Best Players Of The Year?

Welcome back to The Vodfathers, your new number one VALORANT podcast! In this episode, TMV, Sideshow, and Shyowager break down the new Harbor changes, how FUT Esports are using him in Project Blender, and why his reworked ultimate might actually be worse than the old one despite some clever Cove value on attack. They also dive into wild comps like triple duelist on Abyss (Raze/Yoru/Reyna), discussing when surprise picks can actually be viable and how defensive setups and extreme aggression can make or break those strategies.   The crew then reacts to the official EMEA and Americas regional awards, going role by role: Duelist, Controller, Sentinel, IGL, Rookie, Most Improved, Player of the Year, and Coach. They debate kaajak's dominance, ara and Lean’s inconsistency, whether keiko and Ruxic were ranked correctly, and how much international performance should matter. They also touch on wild “what if” roster moves like swapping f0rsakeN for PatMen with a blank check, and close by previewing Project Blender playoff bangers like Karmine Corp vs Vitality, Liquid vs FUT, and Giants vs NAVI—plus a quick discussion on Breeze returning to the map pool and why it likely needs an Abyss-level rework.  Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company.
