Vs 20-24 No one is neutral towards God; everyone either submits to Him, or rebels against Him. Vs 25-29 Idolatry is irrational; humans created by God who refuse to worship their Creator, end up worshipping false gods which do not exist. Vs 30-35 The altar of sacrifice is the place where Holy God meets with sinful people. Vs 36-40 God intervenes in human history to reveal Who He is, and to draw people into a relationship with Himself. Vs 41-46 When God’s people repent from their sins, God delights in answering their prayers and blessing them.
