Who's He? Podcast #176 It was against the law

This week and with some trepidation, the Who's He? Podcast reviewing duo take a look at The Caretaker, episode 6 of series 8 of Doctor Who. But why the trepidation? Well, Phil is not exactly Gareth Roberts biggest fan, so his usually well balanced (ahem) critique is under scrutiny, while Paul is much more reserved and ponders over the plot and wonders whether the alien of the week needed to be there at all?
