Well, after the lads had finished recording, the news broke that Peter Capaldi announced that he was leaving the role of the Doctor. Despite being caught on the hop, this not entirely unexpected turn of events never the less shocked certain fans but also there was the earth shattering news that Sir John Hurt sadly passed away and we also lost Philip Bond. But once the news is discussed, it's down to business with their review of the Target novelisation of The Curse of Peladon by Brian Hayles. This is story is held in high regard by both Phil and Paul and never more relevant than it has ever been, so it was with some trepidation that Paul approached this story as he didn't want to get caught out by an appearance of King Peladon's thigh boots!
