With so much going on and so many things you could say are important, how do you decide what to do first?   Think about all of the different things that could go into a picnic basket.  Only the essentials for a picnic actually make it in the basket.   Your day is your picnic basket and you’re the one in charge of what goes into it. Be deliberate. Eliminate unessential meetings.
