But it's also knowing who's in charge and who makes the final decision.  It's been said that the primary worship leader in the church is the Lead Pastor. I couldn't agree more. The church is following their lead. If they entrust other leaders, the church will follow them as well, wholeheartedly... but the atmosphere and passion in a room (the temperature) is set by the lead pastor.
