Who’s Looking Into Your Cup?
from Only For A Season Hosted by Mel Cruzado
How many real friends do you actually have? Not acquaintances. Not people you see at church, at the gym, or through a hobby. I mean the kind of friend you can call when life gets hard, someone you can be honest with, pray with, and trust. In this episode, I talk about friendship between men, how those circles often get smaller as we get older, and why having even one or two close friends can be a real gift. I also share a thought that has stayed with me: A true friend doesn’t look into your cup to see if you have more than they do. They look to make sure you have enough. We’ll look at friendship, comparison, loyalty, and what Scripture says about being there for one another. And maybe the most important question isn’t, “Do I have a friend like that?” Maybe it’s, “Am I that kind of friend?”
