Congratulations!I followed the advice of nutritionists for a long time. I followed the science backed diet plans. They got me fat, arthritic, and several prescriptions. When I started listening to "unqualified" people and testing on myself, I lost 90 pounds and dropped all medications. I guess their science still can't out dual nature 😂The dredge of psychology being passed around now is only making our society weak. They tell you all the ways to try and diagnose and lay blame while telling those who figure out how to live life they need to change... Nah, dawg. I'm good. I tried that, too. I was sad following their advice. I'm much happier now finding solutions and not trying to find someone to blame.No excuses!
