It's easy to lose yourself when you don’t have deep roots. Part of my struggle after coming back from my Surrender Experiment was that I felt like an alien. Nobody understood what I had gone through & I didn’t have people within reach who could help me integrate and ground into the internal shifts I was going through. This is the struggle for most people who have a deeply transformative experience- perhaps it's after a conference or a retreat too.
