I had a fun epiphany about time travel, quantum entanglement, and higher selves that was the main reason I chose to talk to myself for 3/4 of an hour but some other fun topics came up too. Cold plunges & sitting in discomfort, using emotion for connection, self trust, deepening capacity for love and connection, disassociation, expanding/upgrading light body, clearing out old stories and timelines, energy purification. I finish up with some comments on the current hermit/non hermit energy fluxes, truth reveals/collective shadow work and then finally stop talking.
