She called me back four times in one evening, and the system was already working when she made the second call. It was a furnace that wouldn't cycle right. She said okay. She called at seven-thirty. Then at nine. By the fourth call she wasn't even asking a question anymore. She just wanted to describe the sound to me, the exact texture of it, so I could tell her one more time that it was nothing.
