Why a Norwegian billionaire wrote 2021's most bullish Bitcoin letter

Norwegian Billionaire Kjell Inge Røkke says that Aker ASA, his Norwegian fishing, oil, and engineering company has established Seetee, a new company dedicated to investing in projects and companies in the Bitcoin ecosystem. Seetee will keep all its liquid investable assets in bitcoin.  To announce this decision, Mr Røkke wrote a letter to shareholders.
