Why And How To Have A Team Night

Team Night's have become a great way to build community, hone the creative experience, and share the vision and direction of the team within the church. At the end of the day, teams of musicians, leaders, production, and creatives all desire to be connected to a community of like minded people. When we open up a space for God to speak and encourage us by being around each other, amazing things can happen.  In this episode, we discuss many different options for team nights. The last thing musicians that are consistently serving in the church probably need is another "service" to go to... but dinner together, nights of worship and prayer together, and nights to just hang, have a fire pit, drink coffee, or play games can be essential to growing together and leaning on each other as a family.
