Why Are Brazilian Foreign Investors Not Buying Miami Condos?

In Episode 93 (and continued in Episode 96), expert Peter Zalewski of Condo Vultures interviews Nelson Stabile - a principal with the development company and private equity group Integra Investments - for the "Real Estate Players Profile" about the condo construction trends in Miami, the decreasing number of Brazilian real estate investors purchasing in South Florida and the future of residential development in the the tricounty region in the COVID-19 pandemic era.  In Segment 1, Stabile discusses growing up in Brazil's Amazon region before attending high school and university in South Florida.
