Brasserie Sixty6, Rustic Stone and Ukiyo are just three of the high-profile restaurant closures in Dublin this month. 577 eateries across Ireland have announced their closure over the past year, according to the Restaurants Association of Ireland. But how can so many food businesses be going to the wall when they appear so busy.
