Over half of Irish adults often feel overwhelmed by factors beyond their control. That’s according to a new survey from Axa Ireland which also found more than 60% feel lonely on a regular basis. Speaking to Jonathan this morning with a reaction to these findings was Niamh Delmar a counselling psychologist and freelance writer.
