Why Are Undersea Cables Being Cut?-U.S. Fraud loss exceeding well over $233 Billion annually-INFOWARS Strikes Back

from Bowne Report Podcast · host Jon Bowne

Why Are Undersea Cables Being Cut?Recent reports have highlighted significant disruptions in internet connectivity across regions due to the cutting of several undersea telecom cables. In the Red Sea, four major cables were severed affecting 25% of the data traffic between Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. This incident has led to speculation of sabotage, with some reports suggesting involvement of the Houthi rebels, though they have denied these allegations. Additionally, in the Baltic Sea, two cables connecting Finland, Germany, Sweden, and Lithuania were cut, raising concerns of deliberate acts amidst tensions with Russia. Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause, with some officials suggesting it might be part of 'hybrid warfare'. Telecom companies like HGC Global Communications and Seacom have been working on rerouting traffic to mitigate the impact. All of this could be setting the stage for a larger theater of war as China, Russia, and the United States mobilize into their staging grounds.Coming To Terms With U.S. Fraud loss exceeding well over $233 Billion annuallyA recent report by the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) has estimated that the federal government could be losing anywhere from $233 billion to $521 billion annually due to fraud. This staggering figure underscores the pervasive issue of financial misconduct across various federal programs and operations. The estimate, which spans data from 2018 to 2022, highlights the need for a robust government-wide approach to enhance fraud risk management, as no sector of the federal government appears immune to such financial losses. This revelation comes at a time when discussions on federal spending, efficiency, and accountability are increasingly prominent in public and political discourse.Judge Merchan Quietly Adjourns Trump Hush Money CaseJudge Juan Merchan has adjourned the sentencing in Donald Trump's hush money case without providing an explanation. This decision follows Trump's recent election victory, leading to discussions about the implications of presidential immunity on his legal proceedings. The adjournment has effectively removed the previously scheduled November 26 sentencing date from the calendar, as the court contemplates how to proceed with the case against the president-elect. This development has sparked various reactions, with some viewing it as a potential victory for Trump, while others see it as a necessary pause to evaluate the impact of his new status on the ongoing legal battle.Tren De Aragua Expands Within The United StatesThe trial of Jose Ibarra, accused of the murder of 22-year-old nursing student Laken Riley, has brought attention to his alleged affiliations with the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. Reports from various sources, including NewsNation, confirm that Ibarra is a documented member of this notorious gang, which has been expanding its presence in the United States. The case has sparked significant discussion on immigration policies, particularly due to Ibarra's illegal entry into the US and his subsequent release on parole. The Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua has reportedly expanded its operations to at least 16 U.S. states, according to recent intelligence memos from Homeland Security. The gang, known for activities like human smuggling, drug trafficking, and violent crimes, has been noted in states including California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin. Another looming question is, what will become of the millions of foreign military aged males inside our Country? In San Diego alone more than 150,000 illegal aliens were released in less than a year. What is the level of the national security threat we are truly under right now as deportation pushback is on the horizon?INFOWARS STRIKES BACKAs the INFOWARS Lawfare saga continues I will continue to bring you the latest details. Of course the Legacy Mockingbird media will only bring you half of a story that will one day be in the history books. Claiming that the Onion or Global Tetrahedron won the bid and its over. Please watch past Bowne Reports to understand why that is just propaganda. And if that is the case, then why is Alex Jones and Infowars still operating? The latest is that Alex Jones and INFOWARS are striking back. A restraining order and temporary injunction were submitted today. First a little background. Bidding discrepancies. The bid by Tetrahedron and associates was criticized for being a "floating bid" where its value depended on FUAC's bid, which is seen as non-compliant with typical auction rules. The bid structure was described as a "Frankenstein bid" because it was not a straightforward cash offer but involved conditional agreements among the bidders to redistribute potential proceeds to the creditors. There were actions following the bid that no one had agreed on. Before court approval, actions were taken such as taking Alex Jones's show and InfoWars programming off the air. Firing employees. Redesigning or redirecting the InfoWars website. And shutting down sales of FSS’s perishable consumer products. The legal actions sought today included an emergency motion that was filed to disqualify the Tetrahedron-led bid and declare FUAC the winner. Alex Jones seeks court declarations on his rights over his persona and IP, along with injunctions to: Prevent use of his IP rights by the "Enjoined Persons". Stop any suggestion or inference that they have rights to use his name or persona. Return all assets of FSS and Jones that have been taken. Identify all assets of FSS and Jones taken or duplicated. Cease interference with FSS business operations. The Austin American Statesman reported that "In a separate filing Monday, Murray asked a judge for an expedited approval of the sale. In a response filed on Monday, Murray wrote that First United American Companies’ motion to disqualify was a “disappointed bidder’s improper attempt to influence an otherwise fair and open auction process.”A deposition of the Trustee Christopher Murray is scheduled for tomorrow and a hearing is scheduled for November 25th.The Bowne Report is available Monday-Friday at 6 pm Central time as long as the 1st Amendment and free use continues as the Law of the Land. I am generally at least 2-3 days ahead of what breaks nationally because the mass media requires a filter. I have no filter.
