Bloating is caused by excessive air in the digestive tract. It looks terrible and feels dreadful.The female digestive tract is different from the male digestive tract. Women have an extra 10 cm of colon, giving more room for bloating. Men have higher testosterone levels, giving them an extra layer of protection from bloating.Processed soy, artificial sweeteners, dairy, gluten, alcohol and sugar are worth examining in your diet. Allergies and a compromised ability to digest these things can cause bloating. You may need to reduce or eliminate these items from your diet.Do you snack before bed? Your stomach has a bedtime.
