We get asked all of the time: why aren't seeds sold in dispensaries in Illinois? In this episode, we answer this question based off of conversations that we've had with industry professionals. People have pointed out that there is language in the law that legalized cannabis that says that patients can purchase seeds, yet they've never seen seeds on sale at a dispensary. "Adult registered qualifying patients may purchase cannabis seeds from a dispensary for the purpose of home cultivation. Seeds may not be given or sold to any other person."
