My ick is that nobody wants to talk about this ish! The more I’m consistent and the more I want to talk about it and be open about mental health issues, the less people want to hear. But I wont be silenced. Cuz if I almost took my LIFE as a result of dealing with the trauma, abuse and these mental struggles….then how many more people are we gonna have to lose to start taking it seriously??? I wont have it. Anyways. Thanks for being here. I LOVE YOU. You are not alone.
