You finished the book. You started posting, showed up consistently and did everything you were told to do.So why aren't the results matching the effort? In the very first episode of Build First: The Authors Foundation Podcast, Paula Banks names the problem that most authors feel but nobody talks about directly; the sequence is wrong. Most authors go straight to promotion and skip the foundation entirely, and that one mistake costs more than most people realize. If you've ever felt like you're doing all the right things and still nothing is happening, this is where it starts to make sense.Build First: The Authors Foundation Podcast drops new episode every Tuesday. Follow wherever you listen.
