Why Being Thinner Isn‘t Your Ticket To Health. Interview with Model Turned Registered Dietitian, Paula Doebrich

from Fuel Her Awesome — Mental Health, Aging, Nutrition & Healing Your Relationship With Food: gut-brain connection, emotional eating, women’s hormone health, food freedom, empowered eating · host Jessika Brown- Registered Dietitian Sports Nutritionist & Intuitive Eating Mentor

I love a powerful testimony.    On today's episode I am talking with Paula Deoebrich from Happea Nutrition, a private nutrition practice in New York City. Before starting her journey towards becoming a dietitian, she worked as a model all around the world. This experience allowed her to live in many places around the globe, but with that also came a lot of pressure to look a certain way. Up until her early twenties, she was a chronic dieter and always looking for the hottest diet-trends. Today, these experiences give her insight to better support others as she helps clients avoid the misery she went through. She believes, because she lived it, that being healthy does not mean shrinking yourself and true health is only possible when you enjoy your lifestyle.  To connect with Paula find her on insta @happea_nutrition or check out her website.    Cheers and happy (guilt free) eating!  Jess 👉 Learn more or apply to work together:  **NEW from Jess: The Empowered Hormone RESET Quiz Your hormones aren't supposed to run the show.
