Why Believing in Yourself Will Change Your Life Forever with Nick Stoop-Former D1 Lacrosse Player Turned Mentor + Trainer

from Four Minutes with Fiona · host Fiona Hatton

Today, I talked with Nick Stoop. Nick played Division One college lacrosse at Robert Morris before transferring to Eastern Connecticut State University where he fully dove into his love of sports performance, exercise science, nutrition, and biochem. Postgrad he started his own business called Custom Wellness Solutions, aiming to develop athletes using the pillars of education, nutrition, and performance. He built his own mobile gym trailer called the Beast Bus, where he trains high-level athletes in their respective sports. He also hosts lacrosse combines! Nick is the president and founder of the mental health initiative Lets Feel Good. He created a series of resistance bands called Beast Bands which are an excellent training tool. He and Hayley Scamurra started a program called the "Pro Athlete Experience" that enables people to train like the pros, giving them access to workouts, mindset techniques, nutrition information, and more! It's a great resource and I love the effort they put forth to make training accessible to everyone. Nick is one of the most passionate individuals I have ever spoken with, and I know his positive energy will help you on your journey! I am thankful he took the time to come on the pod to chat!
