Why Burnout Is Real and How to Overcome It!

from Systemise & Scale with Gary Das · host Gary Das

Why Burnout Is Real and How to Overcome It!   In this episode, we discuss burnout. Burnout is a real thing. No, I'm not talking about the racing video game (though it was awesome.) I'm talking about working yourself so hard that you just stop. Imagine if you will a computer that you use non-stop every day for 3 years straight. Eventually, that computer is going to "burnout" and stop working. You need to allow yourself time to rest and recharge to keep yourself focused on your vision! If you enjoyed this episode please leave a rating and review and we will see you on the next episode of the Financial Pro Podcast.   What Is Covered You need to have people you can share with. Don't have your phone next to you all the time. Switch off and play with the kids. It will catch up with you later. You can train all day every day, so don't do the same with work. Everyone is different, so don't compare yourself to others. Take your foot off the gas. If you go to bed 30 mins later a night – that 3 and a half hours leave sleep a week. What would keep you working for 20 hours… nothing for me. Allow yourself some balance. Channels Visit Financial PRO website www.financial-pro.com   Follow Gary Das on Facebook and Instagram
