Why can't we get things done Part 2

from Planet Product Owner · host Scotty G

So the whole world is going to fall apart if we don't handle this emergent or urgent work! At least, that is what they say. What actually happens is something completely different. For the scrum team, we already have one WIP Limit in place. That is what we believe it will take to reach the Sprint Goal and we establish that during Sprint Planning. For the Kanban team, we limit our WIP and classify the type of work we usually have. So this episode is not so much about handling the hijacker, but how to handle the hijack. Listen, share, tell a friend. Thanks for all the love you are sending me! [email protected]
