Why Care About The Church? | The Body of Christ

This week we continue our series Why Care About the Church with a message from Pastor Chris Vigil titled “The Body of Christ.” Rooted in passages such as Romans 12:1–8, Romans 12:4–5, Genesis 1:26, and Genesis 2:7–18, this message traces the story of God forming and filling His people for His purposes. From being created in His image and formed for community, to being filled with His Spirit and called to function together. Scripture reveals that though we are many, we are one body in Christ, and each member belongs to all the others. In this message, we explore what it means to offer our lives as living sacrifices, steward our different gifts with humility, and become the hands, feet, and compassion of Jesus in the world.
