Why Colleges Are So Liberal

For the first time in modern history, the majority of Americans are abandoning the idea that college is the key to success. It turns out success has far more to do with life experience, good mentorship, and the development of character and faith, than it does with endless ventures into forming a wayward knowledge built up on humanist reason. The Democrat-to-Republican ratio among college professors is now a whopping 8.5 to 1, and among younger professors 10.5 to 1, and among female professors 16.4 to 1. Why are colleges so liberal? And why do red-state parents keep sending their kids to blue-city colleges?
