Confidence isn't always something you have to wait for. Sometimes, it's something you can intentionally turn up. In this episode, I share two simple tools you can use when self-doubt starts getting louder and you need to show up with greater confidence. The first is the Power Pose — a simple physical shift that can help you change how you carry yourself before an interview, important conversation, presentation, or meeting. The second is the Volume Dial — a visualization tool that helps you turn down that negative voice sitting in the back of your head and turn up the voice that reminds you of your experience, strengths, and what you bring to the table. The goal isn't to eliminate every nervous thought. It's to make sure those thoughts aren't controlling the conversation.
