Why darkness is important for Ascension

Hi light beings!In todays episode I discuss the importance of accepting our dark sides in order to ascend. Ascension is not what society is painting it to be. It not all rainbows and unicorns, we need darkness to feel the light. So how can we expect to ascend  just by "choosing to feel good all the time"? The new trend of ascension( well its not new, but social media has it trending) is portraying a false painting of spiritual bypassing.
