I'm Deborah Herlax Enos.   I'm a small-town girl turned TV nutritionist and healthy living expert. I design health programs for the average guy or gal. I did the best I could to take care of myself while helping others take care of themselves. Fast forward to September 1st, 2020: as if anything else could go wrong in 2020, I had a bad mammogram and then a bad biopsy.   Then the doctor called to tell me I had breast cancer.   I asked every doctor and medical technician the same question, "Why did I get cancer?" But, unfortunately, none of my doctors had answers for me. I just kept asking questions, reading research, and figuring out how not to get cancer again. I began to realize that there might have been a few other things I could have done to prevent cancer.
