I fixed my life by being honest with myself. Why? For a very long time, my view about myself was something I didn't want to challenge. My advice to you is don't do too many things, or you'll lose yourself in the journey. Alcoholics Anonymous has a slogan that says, "Take it one day at a time." For a very long time, I wanted to be 10 steps ahead, but believing and loving yourself regardless of how you feel and what you're going through is the main step to victory. Once you appreciate your life and its potential, you can overcome anything. And that's the key.
