They go super hard in the gym for a couple months and then stop completely, they eat perfectly clean for weeks and then go downhill after one cheat meal. I know it's hard to stick with something, but that why I always want you guys to start small, go slow, and celebrate the little wins. This is a new lifestyle, not a quick fix, so no more "all or nothing" mentality! Start with ONE change, and after you master that, add another one. Keep going and watch your lifestyle slowly change into everything you have wanted. I believe in you.
