Working out can definitely help out your romantic relationships - it increases passion, endurance, blood flow, energy, and happiness :) But... Working out can also HURT a relationship - when one person in the relationship is working out hard, and trying to change their life, and their partner is staying the same.

Why Did You Give Up?
I see so many people start and stop workout and diet plans. They go super hard in the gym for a couple months and then stop completely, they eat perfectly clean for weeks and then go downhill after one cheat meal. I know it's hard to stick with something, but that why I always want you guys to start small, go slow, and celebrate the little wins. This is a new lifestyle, not a quick fix, so no more "all or nothing" mentality! Start with ONE change, and after you master that, add another one. Keep going and watch your lifestyle slowly change into everything you have wanted. I believe in you.

Cardio Explosion | AUDIO WORKOUT 001
My first AUDIO WORKOUT is finally here! Warriors, I have been planning this for a while and I'm finally making it happen! I know sometimes videos can be hard to watch them and do the workout at the same time, so I want to change the game. I want working out to be simple - just put in your headphones, press play, and get to work. When you hear the bell (DING!) we are starting an exercise or changing it up. In this 20 minute workout, you don't need any equipment besides a cheap pair of gloves. Find a street curb (or a low wall, 6 inches) with some room to either side of you - you will be doing walking lunges, sideways bear crawls and crab walks, jump squats, toe taps, and more! If you get confused by any of the directions, I will be putting out a short video to show you how to do everything :) I love you guys, enjoy!! (And as always, consult your doctor before starting any exercise program. Stop if you feel you need to, and all workouts are done at your own risk!!)

More energy, a tighter body, to lose weight - this is what I normally hear people want. Rarely does someone start training and say "I'm here because I want my career to explode" But, usually, if that person goes hard and is consistent with their workouts, that's exactly what happens...!

Why you QUIT working out
SEASON 2 IS HERE! I hear it all the time: "I used to work out every day, but I got too busy" "I was a college athlete but then I started a desk job" "I used to be 40 pounds lighter but now family life is so busy" I completely understand - life happens, circumstances change, and it is awesome to start again. But I want you to ask yourself - is the reason in your head the real reason why you stopped? We all talk about fear of failure but what about the fear of success? Sometimes we get comfortable in ordinary and average things, and it starts to feel not so bad, especially when you have surrounded yourself with people doing the same thing. Just check in, and next time you start find reasons why you were going to stop working out, thinking your fitness regimen isn't right for you, or that you might drop the healthy diet and lifestyle because it's too inconvenient, just be honest with yourself. You have to increase your tolerance for pain, and make the uncomfortable comfortable, and continue to level up daily! Or soon you too will be saying "I used to..." Don't let it happen!! WORK OUT!
