Stop and think about what you are about to do or about to say. Is it for the sake of the gospel? If not, why say it or do it? Much of what we do and say is out of habit, and a lot of that is bad habits. How about getting into the habit of thinking first before you do, and thinking first before you say, and if it’s not positive, or if it’s not for the sake of the gospel, don’t do it and don’t say it.
