Welcome to Steelers Morning Rush, our new daily short-form podcast with Alan Saunders, giving a longer perspective on a single news topic surrounding the Pittsburgh Steelers or the National Football League.  Today, it's the continued usage of a halfback toss play by offensive coordinator Arthur Smith that caused a game-changing fumble by Najee Harris in the team's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.  The Steelers have been running the toss play all season as a staple of their ground attack, because it gets Harris on the edge against a smaller secondary defender, and offers him multiple cut-back lanes so that it doesn't have to be blocked perfectly in order to be a positive play.
