More about Jeff:Born and raised in Central New Jersey, Pastor Jeff is a graduate of Concordia College - Bronxville, New York and Concordia Seminary - St. Louis, Missouri.  He is a graduate of The Pastoral Leadership Institute and holds a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Concordia Seminary.  He has served congregations in New York, New Jersey, Arizona, and currently serves at Grace Lutheran Church and School in Jacksonville, Florida.  Pastor Jeff is a Guest Instructor at Concordia Theological Seminary - Ft.
