Why does THIS US State Have So MANY MILLIONAIRES?

Millionaires live all over the US but there is one region of the country that has considerably more wealth than others. The DMV area consisting of Washington D.C. , Northern Virginia and parts of Maryland have the highest median household incomes than other states.  I go over the reasons why this area is able to prosper including more job opportunities, educated work force, tourism among other factors.
