Why Doesn’t God Just DESTROY Satan?

If God is all-powerful, why does Satan still exist? If there’s one thing that’s abundantly clear from the bible, it’s that it’s entirely uncompromising about God’s authority. In Isaiah 45, during a passage declaring His rule over kings and nations, God even says: “I am the Lord, and there is no other.” But if no power rivals God,and no being can truly challenge His sovereignty, then I can’t help but wonder why has Satan been allowed to continue at all?
