WHY DON'T NEW AGENTS SUCCEED IN REAL ESTATE ???   Today some visitors in the office and I discussed why aren't new agents as successful as they can be. You have to take a look at all of the things that you are doing and be more humble about the business. It takes time to learn how to work with people and how to do this business properly. The longest thing and the hardest thing is pretty much the mindset that takes a long time to overcome.
