After spending 15 years as a professional hair stylist, Webb left the professional hair industry in 2005 to start a family, but decided to find a way to continue pursuing the creative side of hairstyling at a new-mom pace. She began offering affordable in-home blowout services to her mommy friends, which quickly expanded into a mobile operation by 2009. In 2010, Webb opened the first Drybar in Brentwood, CA. Eight years later, over 100.  Prior to launching Squeeze, Brittany spent four years running marketing for Drybar taking the company from $30M to more than $100M. Before Drybar, Brittany spent over a decade in marketing and advertising at agencies, including Mistress (Mattel, The Coca-Cola Company, Hilton Worldwide), RAPP (Skype, Toyota) and experiential agency USMP (Home Depot).
