Why emotional intelligence is more important than intellectual intelligence in the future

I believe emotional intelligence will become the most important skill for humans in the future, especially as AI evolves to understand and connect with human emotions through mechanisms like Hebbian networks. While AI may become adept at recognizing and responding to emotions, the unique human ability to genuinely empathize, relate, and engage in complex emotional interactions will remain irreplaceable.
