Chris Beach, CEO of the Fatherhood Foundation of Virginia, is a living embodiment of his organization's mission: The beauty of fatherhood lies in shared experiences and learning from one another.Chris shares the poignant personal story of his father suddenly leaving the family, when Chris was 16, and the gap that suddenly existed in his life.
