Want to know why journaling your food is a GAME CHANGER for weight loss?
In today’s episode, I’m dropping the last of the four superchargers, or what I call ‘bricks’ to weight loss. These are the foundations you build upon to lose your weight for good.
In episodes 5 & 6, I talked about the first three bricks- here’s a recap:
- Eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’ve had enough
- Sleep: 7-9 hours a night
- Water: Aim for at least 64 oz a day.
Brick #4 is all about making a food plan. But before you can make a plan, you need to have a clear picture on what your current nutrition actually looks like. You have to know where you’re starting to know where you need to go.
The way to get there is to make easy, teeeeeny changes. I’m going to tell you exactly how to do that.
